Agreement for using our HVAC lead capture service

In Simple Terms

We provide an emergency HVAC lead capture system. You pay once, we set it up, and it captures leads 24/7. We both have responsibilities to make this work smoothly.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using South Louisiana Automation's emergency HVAC lead capture service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use our Service.

These Terms apply to your use of our lead capture forms, SMS notification system, and related services.

2. Service Description

Our Service provides:

  • Emergency request forms for HVAC services
  • Instant SMS notifications to your technicians
  • Automated customer confirmation messages
  • Lead logging and record keeping
  • Initial setup and basic training
  • Ongoing technical support

3. Payment and Pricing

Founding Member Pricing

  • First 10 customers: $700 one-time setup fee
  • Regular pricing thereafter: $750 one-time setup fee
  • No monthly fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges
  • Payment due before service activation

  • Custom branding with your business information
  • Training session for your team
  • Unlimited SMS notifications
  • Ongoing technical support
  • Basic customizations and updates

Note: SMS carrier charges may apply based on your cellular plan. Our service does not include phone service or cellular plan costs.

4. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Full refund available within 30 days of service activation
  • Founding members receive 60-day guarantee period
  • Must provide reasonable opportunity to resolve any issues
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Process

5. Your Responsibilities

Business Operations

  • Maintain valid HVAC business license and insurance
  • Respond to emergency requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate business information and contact details
  • Keep your technician contact information up to date

System Usage

  • Use the system only for legitimate HVAC service requests
  • Don't attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer our Service
  • Don't use our Service for spam or fraudulent purposes
  • Notify us immediately of any security concerns

Customer Service

  • Provide professional service to customers who contact you through our system
  • Honor any pricing or service commitments made through our forms
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ethically

6. Our Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Set up your lead capture system within 3-5 business days
  • Provide training on how to use the system
  • Maintain 99%+ uptime for our lead capture service
  • Deliver SMS notifications within 10 seconds of form submission

Support

  • Respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days
  • Provide technical support for system issues
  • Make reasonable accommodations for customization requests
  • Maintain security and privacy of your data

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Planned maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Third-party service disruptions (SMS carriers, hosting providers)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)

8. Data and Privacy

  • You own all customer data collected through our forms
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service
  • We will not sell or share your customer data with third parties

  • You're responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our Service. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost business opportunities or revenue
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Issues caused by third-party services (SMS carriers, internet providers)
  • Customer service issues between you and your clients
  • Business losses due to system downtime

10. Termination

By You

You may discontinue using our Service at any time by contacting us. No refunds after the guarantee period.

By Us

We may terminate service if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Use our Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Fail to maintain required business licenses
  • Engage in abusive behavior toward our staff

11. Changes to Service

We may update our Service to add features, improve performance, or comply with legal requirements. We'll notify you of significant changes that affect your service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Louisiana state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Louisiana courts.
